3. Products

We offer premium wellness products. Product images and descriptions are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final product.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Card and online payments are securely processed through Mollie, a certified European payment provider. Bank transfer is also available.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of errors or stock issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and selected EU countries using DHL Express.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and logistics.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under EU law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
To qualify, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Warranty

Our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer law. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and excludes damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear.

8. Liability

V&J Enterprise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use. Always follow the user manual and safety instructions.

9. Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the Netherlands.

11. Payment via Third-Party Financing (Klarna)

Orders paid through third-party financing such as Klarna remain fully subject to V&J Enterprise's standard return and refund policies. These platforms do not override or modify your statutory rights or our product conditions.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law always applies. If a product is returned after being used beyond what is necessary to check its nature and function, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, in line with EU consumer law.
