Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. To qualify, the product must be unused and returned in its original sealed packaging with all accessories included. To start a return, email admin@vj-enterprise.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless the item is defective). Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Under EU law, you have 14 days from delivery to return your order without giving a reason.
To qualify:
- Product must be unused and in original sealed packaging
- All accessories included
- Email admin@vj-enterprise.com with your order number
Important: return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility (unless the item is defective). Refund is issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Q: What if my product arrives defective or damaged?
If you received a defective item, wrong item, or item damaged in transit:
- Email admin@vj-enterprise.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping
Requests submitted without photo proof and order number cannot be processed.
Q: Can I exchange a device for a different one?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for different models, colors, or product types.
Exchanges are only accepted if the device you received is incorrect or defective — in that case, we’ll replace it with the same model originally ordered.
Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods at checkout:
- iDEAL (for customers in the Netherlands)
- Credit / Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
- Bancontact (for customers in Belgium)
- Klarna (Pay Later, where available)
- Bank Transfer (manual payment, see the next question)
All card and online payments are processed securely through Mollie, a certified European payment provider.
Q: Can I apply a promo code at checkout?
Yes. If you have a valid promo code, you can apply it directly at checkout.
- On the checkout page, click View Available Coupons
- Enter your code and apply it before completing payment
- The discount will be reflected in your order total right away
Each code has its own conditions and validity period. Only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be added after an order is placed.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it??
If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to help.
- To change or cancel an order, email admin@vj-enterprise.com with your order number as soon as possible
- If the order has not been dispatched, we can update the address, adjust details, or cancel it for a full refund
- Once the order has already shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled before delivery
After delivery, you are still covered by your 14-day right to return (see our Returns & Exchanges section).
Q: Do you offer pre-orders?
At the moment, we do not offer pre-orders.
All products available on our website are in stock and ready to ship.
If pre-orders become available in the future, we’ll clearly indicate it on the product page

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and selected countries within the EU.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
- The exact shipping fee is always shown before you complete your payment, so there are no surprises
- If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at admin@vj-enterprise.com and we will do our best to help
Q: How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to follow the delivery in real time.
- Netherlands: 2 to 5 business days
- Other EU countries: 4 to 8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Simply click the link to follow your delivery in real time, anytime. If you do not receive your tracking link, check your spam folder or contact us at admin@vj-enterprise.com.
Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
All orders are professionally packed and shipped via DHL Express with full tracking.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at admin@vj-enterprise.com with your order number. We will open an official investigation with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated until it is resolved.
- If the courier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund
- Lost or seriously delayed shipments are very rare, and we stay with you until the matter is fully resolved

Q: Is the device safe for the environment and easy to use at home?
LYTO₃RA™ is designed for everyday household cleaning and is built to European safety standards. It meets CE and RoHS requirements, which confirm its electrical safety and material compliance for use in Europe.
It works using ozone generated from the air and water, with no filters and no added chemicals. After the ozone does its job in the water, it naturally breaks back down into oxygen, leaving no chemical residue behind.
As with any electrical appliance, we recommend using it as described in the user guide and keeping it out of reach of small children during operation.
