📦 Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from our logistics center in the Netherlands using DHL Express. We work with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Netherlands: 2 to 5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 4 to 8 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We are committed to sustainability, so packaging is recyclable and minimal where possible.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Under EU law, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order without giving a reason. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and any included accessories

To initiate a return, email us at admin@vj-enterprise.com with your order number and reason.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal always applies. If a product is returned after being handled more than necessary to check its nature and proper functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, in line with EU consumer law.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days, issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

🛡️ Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or a manufacturing defect appears within the warranty period, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will open an official investigation with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated until it is resolved.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs may apply.
