What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Simply contact us to initiate the process — we're here to help.
How do I start a return or exchange?
We do **not** offer returns or exchanges unless the product is **clearly defective**
or there was a **mistake from our side** (e.g., wrong item shipped, or item damaged in transit).
📌 Please note:
- Requests must be submitted **within 48 hours** of delivery.
- The product must be **unused** and in its **original sealed packaging**.
- Requests without **photo proof** and order number will be **automatically declined**.
- We reserve the right to **refuse** any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

When will I get my refund?
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Please note: We can only issue refunds to the original payment method used at checkout.
Can I exchange a device for a different one?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for different models, colors, or product types.
Exchanges are only accepted if the device you received is incorrect or defective — in that case, we’ll replace it with the same model originally ordered.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

For this reason, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations.

Do you offer pre-orders?
At the moment, we do not offer pre-orders.
All products available on our website are in stock and ready to ship.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and selected countries within the EU and GCC regions.
Shipping is completely free for all listed countries — no hidden fees, no surprises.
If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days inside the Netherlands, and 4 to 8 business days for other EU or GCC countries.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
All orders are professionally packed and shipped via DHL Express or equivalent trusted couriers, with full tracking and handling.
Once a shipment leaves our facility, any delays or issues during transit fall under the responsibility of the shipping provider.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at admin@vj-enterprise.com. We will immediately file an official claim with the courier and follow up accordingly.
Please note:
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will only be considered once the courier confirms that the package was lost or mishandled during transit.
We work with international logistics leaders to ensure your order reaches you safely — any issues are extremely rare, but we are always here to support you if needed.
